A deep diver for pearls of wisdom. A cultivated presence of acceptance and love for each individual’s journey. Neutral openness allows for deep listening, for the body to guide our experience together. As an integrative Biodynamic Craniosacral practitioner I find myself at the nexus of various healing dimensions at once: the physical, sacred, emotional and cosmic. I’m well versed in deep tissue massage as well as shamanic healing.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy: I offer a unique take on craniosacral work. Based on an approach by my teacher (Todd Jackson) where the practitioner palpates what is most peaceful and quiet in the body, allowing this presence to grow in the client. Incredibly transformative for all kinds of physical, emotional or spiritual discomfort.
Intuitive Massage Therapy: Following the movement of the facsia into the sticky, tight spots, unraveling and unwinding tension with my hands, elbows and sometimes knees!
